1. Acceptance of Terms

By using ResearchProject.in (the “Website”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please stop using our services immediately.

2. Services Offered

3. Educational Disclaimer

  • Reference Only: Projects are samples meant to help students understand structure, research methods, formatting, and analysis.

  • No Direct Submission: Submitting reports “as-is” without modification may breach university policies. We are not liable for academic penalties.

  • No Grade Guarantee: Final marks depend on the student’s effort, customization, and defense performance.

4. Plagiarism & AI Humanization Disclaimer

  • We use Turnitin and other tools for plagiarism and AI-text detection.

  • We provide rewriting, humanization, and formatting support to reduce similarity scores.

  • Ethical Note: Using plagiarism removal to pass off content as completely original is against academic integrity. Our services aim to guide and support students, not to bypass rules.

5. Order & Delivery Process

  • Orders are placed via WhatsApp, Email, or Website Form.

  • Students must share university guidelines, course details, and topics.

  • Advance Payment: 20% upfront to begin work.

  • Balance Payment: After preview/approval of sample screenshots.

  • Final Delivery: Editable Word & PDF via WhatsApp/Email.

  • Timeline: Typically 1–2 days for ready projects, longer for custom work. Delays (if any) will be communicated.

6. Revision & Correction Policy

  • Two Free Corrections (for guide or portal feedback).

  • Additional Revisions: Extra charges apply beyond two rounds.

  • Quick Edits: Minor formatting or updates are free if requested within 3 days of delivery.

7. Payment Terms

  • Payments accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or other listed methods.

  • Work begins only after receiving advance payment.

  • Non-payment of balance will result in withholding of the final report.

8. Refund Policy

Refunds are eligible only if:

  • A project is not delivered within the promised timeframe, OR

  • The delivered project does not match agreed requirements.

Refunds are not provided after:

  • Final delivery has been made, and

  • Corrections have already been accommodated as per the policy.

9. Confidentiality & Privacy

  • All student data (name, roll number, university, contact) is kept strictly confidential.

  • Files and details are stored securely and not shared with third parties.

  • Confidentiality extends to plagiarism check reports and project drafts.

10. Ethical Responsibility

  • Students are responsible for ensuring compliance with their institution’s academic integrity rules.

  • Direct submission of our reports without customization is not recommended.

  • Our role is to guide, support, and provide structure—not to replace student effort.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All reports and content remain the property of ResearchProject.in.

  • Students are granted a limited personal-use license for academic reference.

  • Redistribution, resale, or uploading our reports to third-party platforms is strictly prohibited.

12. Referral & Cashback Program

  • Students who refer peers are eligible for cashback/discounts as per current offers.

  • Cashback is credited only upon successful project completion and payment by the referred client.

  • Program terms may change without notice.

13. Modification of Terms

We may update or modify these Terms & Conditions, pricing, or services at any time without prior notice. Updated terms are effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
