The story of ResearchProject.in started back in 2021. That year, the founder, Aviraj Kamble, took admission in an MBA program at Rashtrasant Tukdoji Maharaj University, Nagpur. Like every student, he was excited about his MBA journey, not knowing that one small incident would later inspire him to build a platform that would help thousands of students.

 

In 2022, during the final year, all students were asked to submit a Summer Internship Project. The faculty simply shared a basic project format in the group chat, but gave no real explanation about what each chapter meant or how to prepare it. There was no clarity about things like literature review, research methodology, data analysis, findings, or bibliography. For most students, it was confusing and stressful.

Aviraj, like many of his classmates, struggled to understand how to prepare such a report. He searched online and found a random project. In a hurry, he copied the content, adjusted it to the given format, and submitted it to his teacher through a pen drive.

The review, however, turned into a tough lesson. His teacher, strict yet fair, quickly spotted countless mistakes — the project mentioned a city over 1000 km away instead of Nagpur, the company type was written wrong, the data was outdated, and plagiarism check showed 90% copied and 60% AI-generated content. Even the internship certificate was missing. The teacher said bluntly that the project was only good enough for the dustbin.

Feeling lost, Aviraj turned to his classmate Shamli Survanshi, the topper of the previous year. Shamli helped him prepare a fresh project at the very last moment. When resubmitted, the teacher still found a few mistakes, but at least it was good enough to approve. Aviraj realized something important that day — students were not failing because they were weak, but because they were never guided properly.

Although the project fetched him only average marks, Aviraj still topped his college overall in 2022. That experience stayed with him — the frustration, the confusion, and the helplessness of not knowing where to start. He didn’t want other students to go through the same struggle.

That was the turning point. He decided to start helping students by teaching them how to make projects properly. He learned about chapters, formatting, citation styles, research techniques, and presentation methods. Slowly, he began sharing this knowledge.

In January 2022, he uploaded his first short YouTube video (just 52 seconds long), where he shared his Instagram handle so that students could contact him for project help. To his surprise, students started reaching out — not just for guidance, but also asking for ready reference copies. He made it clear that these projects were for reference only, not direct submission.

As the demand grew, Aviraj realized he couldn’t manage everything alone. He invited Shamli to assist him, and later, another talented member Shraddha Koche joined. Shraddha’s speed and accuracy made her a perfect fit, and soon, the small initiative turned into a growing support system for students. Together, they prepared reference projects, guided students on viva questions, and explained academic concepts in simple ways.

By 2023 and 2024, word of mouth spread rapidly. Thousands of students contacted him via Instagram, and the team continued to grow. But Aviraj noticed something important — while Instagram and YouTube were helping, many students searched for help directly on Google. Most websites he found online were just selling pre-made projects without genuine support. That’s when the idea of a dedicated website was born.

On 1st October 2024, the domain ResearchProject.in was launched. By 22nd September 2024, the website was fully functional, featuring multiple universities, courses, and project samples. The platform quickly became popular, and within a short time, more than 20,000 students had benefited.

​

The growth didn’t stop there. To expand further, new platforms were launched:

• 1st June 2025 – A dedicated YouTube channel @getresearchproject was started.

• 5th July 2025 – An Instagram page @researchproject.in was created to reach students faster.

• 30th July 2025 – A Facebook page @getresearchproject went live to connect with an even wider student community.

 

Today, ResearchProject.in is run by Founder Aviraj Kamble and Co-Founder Shraddha Koche, along with a team of 20+ specialists from different academic fields. The mission has always remained the same — not just to provide projects, but to guide students step by step so that they learn the right way.

From one student’s struggle in 2022 to helping over 20,000 students by 2025, this journey is a reminder that the right guidance at the right time can change everything.
